A bottle for fill water;
A bottle for heating system water(labelled with a QR code and a unique kit reference “DWT#########” );
Fill the first bottle with Fill Water, typically from a kitchen tap.
Fill the second bottle with water from the heating system.
Ensure both are securely sealed to avoid spillage.
Submit the test on the Fernox App, by scanning the QR code on of the heating system water sample bottle;
Put the samples inside the Freepost envelope included in the test kit.
Post your sample via a Post Office or any post box.
