Diagnostic Water Test Contents

  • Freepost Envelope.

  • A bottle for fill water;

  • A bottle for heating system water(labelled with a QR code and a unique kit reference “DWT#########” );

Sample preparation

  • Fill the first bottle with Fill Water, typically from a kitchen tap.

  • Fill the second bottle with water from the heating system.

  • Ensure both are securely sealed to avoid spillage.

Post Preparation

  • Submit the test on the Fernox App, by scanning the QR code on of the heating system water sample bottle;

  • Put the samples inside the Freepost envelope included in the test kit.

  • Post your sample via a Post Office or any post box.
