A bottle for heating system water(labelled with a QR code and a unique kit reference “DWT#########” );
Sample preparation
Fill the bottle with water from the heating system.
Ensure it is securely sealed to avoid spillage during transit.
Place the sample bottle in its box.
Post Preparation
Submit the test on the Fernox App, by scanning the QR code on of the heating system water sample bottle;
Put the sample box inside the Freepost envelope included in the test kit.
Post your sample via a Post Office or any post box.
