A bottle for heating system water(labelled with a QR code and a unique kit reference “SHC#########” );
Order Form - a questionnaire to be filled out and returned with the samples.
Freepost Envelope.
Fill the first bottle with Fill Water, typically from a kitchen tap.
Fill the second bottle with water from the heating system.
Ensure both are securely sealed to avoid spillage.
Complete the Order Form.
Put the samples and the Order Form inside the Freepost envelope included in the test kit.
Post your sample via a Post Office or any post box.
Do I need to submit my System Health Check on the Fernox App?
The System Health Check is fully paper-based and doesn’t require app submission; results are emailed and can also be accessed in the Fernox App.
