# Email Notifications

Manage the report emails from your engineers or installers that are sent to your inbox.  As a manager, you can enable or disable these emails individually, giving you full control over which notifications you receive based on your preferences.

## **Control managed user email reports**

-   Log in to your **Manager** Account.
    
-   In the main menu, click on **Manager Access.**
    
-   Select **Managed User Settings**.
    
-   On this page you, as a manager, can control email reports coming in to your inbox. By default email reports for managers are **turned** **off**.  
      
    Each manager has to turn these settings on/off individually according to their preferences.
