# Test Sample Data

Currently, managers can only access data from other users via the web portal at https://fernox.app.  Once granted manager-level access permissions, you will be able to view user samples from all individuals who are linked to you — either automatically (for organisational managers) or manually (for regular managers).  In either case, the process for accessing managed engineers’ data is the same for both manager types.

## **Accessing Test Data**

-   **Log in** to your Manager Account.
    
-   In the main menu, click on **Tests.**
    
-   On the tests page you can filter your tests by test type, status, date range or view them in the ‘Map View’.
    

\* Please note that if you are a manager, you can switch between **Manager and User** views on the portal allowing you to view your own submitted tests and managed user submitted tests.
