Exporting Test Sample Data

From the Fernox portal dashboard go to the ‘Tests’ page.
Click the “Export” button located in the top-right corner of the page.
Choose the fields you want to export.
All available fields are shown in the export panel — including fields related to other test types. Make sure you only select the fields relevant to your chosen test type (e.g. IST fields).
Apply any additional conditions (optional).
You can filter the export further by selecting specific criteria such as:
- Sample status
- Postcode
- And other available filters
Select your preferred file format — either XLSX or CSV — and confirm the export.

The export function is currently only available in the Fernox Web Portal and is not yet accessible through the Fernox Mobile App.
