It sets out the result of each test, an overall pass of fail, and recommendations on how to treat the system if anything needs attention. ### What the Instant System Test Report Contains

Section	Details recorded
Submission	Date, kit reference and who carried out the test
Sample details	Customer and project references, overall status (passed or failed) and reason for sampling, such as servicing
Address	Where the system is installed
Property details	Heat appliance manufacturer, serial number and age, system type and age, and the inhibitor or protector used
Results	The reading for each test: turbidity, inhibitor, corrosion and pH
Conclusion	Report conclusion based on the test metrics.
Recommendation	Any action needed to bring the system back into compliance

### Example Instant System Test Report This anonymised report comes from a heat pump system over 10 years old, protected with Fernox HP-5 and tested during a routine service. Because it passed, no corrective action was recommended. The report is emailed to you, and you can choose to send it to your customer and other contacts too. Every report is also stored in your account, so you can find it later in the app or the Fernox web portal. Linked managers can also choose to receive reports submitted by the engineer. That makes the report useful well beyond the day of the visit: - **For the customer:** clear evidence that their system was tested and is protected. - **For warranty claims:** a dated record of water quality to show the boiler manufacturer. - **For your business:** a searchable history of every system you've tested, ready for any future call-out.
