# Forgot Password

This section provides a step-by-step guide on how to reset your password if you can’t remember it. Follow the instructions below to regain access to your account quickly and securely.

### Resetting your password

-   Open the Fernox App and tap **Forgot Password** below the login fields.
    
-   Enter your registered email address and tap **Next**.
    
-   Check your email for the **One-Time Password (OTP)** and enter it in the OTP Verification field.
    
-   Tap **Verify**.
    
-   Set your New Password in the first field and confirm it in the Repeat Password field.
    
-   Tap **Reset Password.**
    

✅ **Your password has now been reset!**
